All persons conducting business under the new Trade and Business License Law must have a valid Trade and Business License.

All Sole Traders and Small/Micro Business owners wishing to renew their T&BL must obtain a Certificate of Compliance document from their pension provider.

Please be advised that effective April 1, 2016 Silver Thatch Pensions clients who meet the requirements to apply for a Certificate of Compliance, will incur an administrative fee of CI$75.00 per business entity.

Please note cash will not be accepted, however the following methods of payment will be acceptable at the time of applying for the certificate.

  • Cheque/bank draft payable to: Saxon Administration Ltd.
  • Direct deposit to CNB account #021-05171 (USD) or #012-45362 (KYD)
