Ms. Seymour is a partner in the Corporate team at Maples and Calder and is based in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. Ms. Seymour has a wide range of experience in corporate and commercial transactions, investment fund structures, financing transactions, and regulated-entity oversight.
Ms. Seymour joined Maples and Calder in 2006 as an articled clerk and was admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2007. She was elected as a partner in 2018 and has since been recognised in Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner”.
Ms. Seymour holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Manchester and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School.
She is an active member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and 100 Women in Finance.
