Ms. Kirkconnell brings over two decades of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, with a strong focus on corporate governance, employee engagement, and environmental stewardship.
She currently serves as Director of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC), where she oversees strategic initiatives across HR, internal communications, site security, and environmental health and safety. Her previous roles include Manager of Environment, Health & Safety at CUC and board appointments with the National Roads Authority and the Cayman Islands Human Rights Commission.
Ms. Kirkconnell holds a Master of Science in Environmental Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology & Ecology (Honors) from the Florida Institute of Technology.
