His career spans senior roles in fund accounting, audit, and internal controls across global firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Rolls-Royce plc.
Mr. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, STEP, and the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
